Payment Policy : Full payment must be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival date. If payment is not received, reservations will cancel and deposit payment become forfeit. All holidays booked within 8 weeks of arrival must be paid in full.
Cancellations : If you have to cancel your holiday, charges will be payable at the following percentages of the holiday price:
More that 6 weeks prior------------Deposit Only
42 - 29 days before start------------30%
28 - 15 days before start------------50%
14 - 8 days before start--------------70%
Less than 7 days before start------100%
Alterations : Certain holidays have a minimum number requirement , Essence of Ireland reserve the right to cancel any holiday up to 8 weeks prior to start date. In the unlikely event minimum numbers are not achieved, we will make every effort to offer a suitable alternative, if none is found we will of course refund all monies paid. Essence of Ireland is not responsible for any cancellation penalties arising from non- refundable travel tickets.
Responsibility : Essence of Ireland is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage or any loss a Essence of Ireland customer incurs, arising from acts or omissions by any transport company, hotel/accommodation , person or organisation, whether or not such company or persons is rendering any services to Essence of Ireland customers.
Changes to holiday descriptions : Every step is taken to ensure accuracy. Between brochure publication and your holiday, changes may occur. Facilities and itineraries may be subject to change by the various suppliers concerned, or due to weather, operational or maintenance reasons.
Complaints : If you have a complaint during your holiday you must notify your Essence of Ireland representative who will do their best to resolve the problem. Should it not be possible to resolve the problem on the spot, please write to our office within 14 days of returning from holiday. No complaint will be entertained unless you follow this procedure.
Amendment Fees : All amendments by the customer, are subject a €30 administration fee per person. Insurance : We cannot accept responsibility for illness/injury to you or loss or damage to your property while you are on holiday. Essence of Ireland strongly recommends you arrange travel insurance to cover medical expenses, baggage, cancellation, ect. Acceptance of there conditions is implied when a booking is made and this constitutes the limit of our liability.
